Continental Tire North America CEO to Officially Open South Carolina
Headquarters

    WHO:   CTNA CEO Matthias Schoenberg, and
           Local Dignitaries

    WHAT:  CEO of Continental Tire North America, Inc. (CTNA), Matthias
           Schoenberg, and local dignitaries will participate in a ribbon
           cutting ceremony for Continental's new North American
           headquarters.

    WHEN:  Thursday, March 26, 2009
           10:00 AM - Media Registration
           10:30 AM - Ceremony begins
           11:00 AM - Refreshments and,
                      -- Optional building tour
                      -- Tour of "Untamed Innovation" the mobile exhibit
                         featuring presentations and hands-on displays
                         highlighting tire technology
           12:00 PM - Event concludes

           Indian Land/Lancaster County, S.C. 29707


Driving directions: 

From SC-160 Tom Hall St./ John D. Patterson Memorial Hwy., Turn left onto
MacMillan Park Drive. (This road is between Cardinal Health and BMB Steering)

Follow MacMillan Park Drive 1 mile to the end of the street. 

The Continental Tire building is slightly to the right at the end of MacMillan
Park Drive.
