ICC Worldwide Strategy Calls for Further Expansion of European Immigrant Worker

CORONA DEL MAR, Calif., March 24, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ICC Worldwide, Inc.
(Pink Sheets:ICCW) today announced plans to further expand the firm's
initiatives for the European immigrant worker communications market. These
activities include the addition of substantial numbers of new customers in
Italy, Belgium, and Spain.

ICC currently provides a variety of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) and
other targeted mobile phone-related services to retail establishments which
serve the ethnic immigrant worker communities in Italy and Belgium. These
products and services are delivered utilizing an advanced, web-based technology
to a well established channel of ethnically-oriented retail shops. This network
of "call shops" are locally owned and operated throughout their respective
geographic areas. In Italy and Belgium alone, a potential market of more than
4,000 such shops currently exists. With expansion into Spain, ICC's target
market will grow to include well over 7,000 potential call shop customers.
