SAN ANTONIO, Texas, March 24 (Reuters) - Sunoco Chairman and Chief Executive Lynn Elsenhans called Tuesday on U.S. refiners to support a "sizable" increase in the federal gasoline tax to pay for investments in the national infrastructure.
