Venezuela cement takeover payment not ordered yet

CARACAS, March 24 (Reuters) - Venezuelan Finance Minister Ali Rodriguez said on Tuesday he has not received an order to pay compensation for the nationalization of cement-makers Holcim (HOLN.VX) and Lafarge (LAFP.PA).
Leftist President Hugo Chavez ordered the nationalizations last year as part of a government takeover of the OPEC nation's cement sector. (Reporting by Frank Jack Daniel, Writing by Brian Ellsworth; Editing by David Gregorio)
