ACME Communications Schedules Fourth Quarter 2008 Earnings Release and Teleconference

release its fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2008 financial
results before the market opens on Monday, March 30, 2009.

The Company will also host a conference call to discuss its fourth quarter and
full year 2008 results on Monday, March 30 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. To access
