Healthier Pies on the Buffet Line Given Praise Including Zesty Vegetable,
Alfredo, Ole and One Point Measured Weight Watcher Pizza Available by Request
at All CiCi's Locations

COPPELL, Texas, March 26 /PRNewswire/ -- CiCi's Pizza announces that the
endless buffet concept earned top marks in the Men's Health "Eat This, Not
That!" Restaurant Report Card that was recently released. Eat This, Not That!
launched an investigation of 66 major chain restaurants to better educate
families providing insider tips and strategies so that they can continue
eating out responsibly. The good news is that CiCi's Pizza, a fan favorite,
scored top marks for their salad bar and healthier pies, including the Zesty
Vegetable, Alfredo and the Mexican-inspired Ole.

"We believe it's important to demonstrate a sense of social responsibility for
our guests, so that they feel good about the choices they have on our buffet
line," said Craig Moore, President and CEO of CiCi's Pizza. "What's important
is a person's average food intake over a few days, not just in a single meal.
What's different about CiCi's is that we are not providing our guests with
restaurant portions that are larger than an average serving. Our guests have
control of how much they want and what they chose to eat including a salad bar
and several pizzas that are robust in flavor - but not calories."

CiCi's, home to more than 650 locations, proves that Americans definitely love
a good buffet. The upside for waistlines is that the crust is moderately
sized, and the pizza comes in varieties beyond simple sausage and pepperoni.
Eat This, Not That! offers insiders the tip that it takes 20 minutes for a
person's brain to tell the body it's full. The dining strategy would be to
start with a salad and then proceed slowly to the pizza. Limit yourself to the
healthier slices like the Zesty Vegetable with 130 calories and four grams of
fat per slice, the Alfredo with 120 calories and 3.5 grams of fat or the Ole,
which is a Mexican-inspired pie with only 110 calories and three grams of fat
per slice. CiCi's also offers a Weight Watcher pizza that is measured at only
one point per piece with 100 calories and 2.5 grams of fat. The pizza
measurement includes dough, sauce, tomato topping, green bell or sweet
peppers, red onions, black olives, mushrooms and cheese. The pizza is listed
in the 2009 Weight Watcher Dining Out Companion book and is available by
request at all CiCi's locations.
