TOGLIATTI, Russia, March 30 (Reuters) - Russia's Industry Ministry forecasts a decline in car sales of more than 60 percent in 2009, more than previously expected, minister Viktor Khristenko told reporters on Monday.

"The fall in the market could be more than 60 percent this year," Khristenko said, adding the ministry revised its forecast down from its December outlook for a 40 percent fall. (Reporting by Anton Doroshev; writing by Melissa Akin; editing by Simon Shuster)
