Fluid Routing completes sale of unit to Sun Capital

NEW YORK, March 30 (Reuters) - Fluid Routing Solutions Inc said Monday it completed the sale of its fuel systems and hose extrusion operation to an affiliate of private investment firm Sun Capital Partners Inc.

The Sun Capital affiliate, which provided Fluid Routing with a "debtor-in-possession" bankruptcy loan, won an auction for the Fluid Routing, and the U.S Bankruptcy Court in Delaware approved the sale last week.

The case is In re: Fluid Routing Solutions Intermediate Holding Corp et al, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Delaware, No. 09-10384. (Reporting by Phil Wahba; Editing by Derek Caney)
