China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB: CCSE) today announced a Webcast
scheduled for Friday, April 3, 2009 to review the Company's 2008 annual
financial report. During the Webcast, Management plans to review the
Company's 2008 financial results and expectations for 2009, including the
Company's Greenfield expansion strategy and active merger and acquisition
campaign. The Webcast will be available on demand and a link for

previewing the upcoming 2008 financial report due March 31, 2009. In 2007,
the Company's annual revenue was $40 million with a net income of $400
thousand. As an indicator of the upcoming 2008 annual report, the
Company's trailing 12 months revenue as of September 2008 was
approximately $42 million with a net income of about $900,000.
