The new process allows a Project Manager to follow a step-by-step method
for delivering projects. Every step is defined in depth, and comes with
practical Project Management Templates and examples to help a Project
Manager save time and hassle.

    Method123 Ltd, the creators of MPMM.com, has released 9 new processes for
managing projects. They include a Time, Cost and Quality Process, and a
Change, Risk and Issue process, as well as processes for managing
suppliers, procurement and customers. 

    Each new process defines the steps a Project Manager takes to complete
that part of the project. The steps are written in simple, practical
