Company positions for growth with intense focus on customers and frontline
employees

DENVER, March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Pendum LLC, the nation's largest independent
provider of ATM and armored cash services, today announced a realigned
management team designed to drive growth and better serve the needs of
financial institutions. The promotion of two Pendum standouts, along with the
hiring of five more experienced leaders, coincides with Pendum's business plan
and commitment to customer service.

Promoted from within Pendum are: 

    --  Tom Szczepanski, executive vice president of operations: Szczepanski
        will oversee the phased integration and ongoing management of
        Pendum's field service and armored operations, which are being
        combined to deliver a more seamless customer experience. Szczepanski,
        who previously led Pendum's armored division, has more than 18
        years of experience serving financial institutions in the armored car
        industry. Prior to joining Pendum in 2000, he spent 10 years with
        Brink's, departing as a senior manager in charge of armored
        operations and sales in the Northeast region. He holds a bachelor's
        degree in business administration from Central Michigan University.


    --  David McCrary, senior vice president of business development: McCrary,
        who has been promoted from the role of national accounts director,
        joined Pendum in 2006. He has nearly 25 years of experience in the
        financial services industry, in fields including technology, branch
        retail delivery, electronic banking and ATM business development. He
has
        held senior positions at Bank of America and, more recently, eFunds
        Corporation.




Joining Pendum are:

    --  Brad Browder, executive vice president of armored operations: Browder
        joins Pendum from Diebold, a major ATM manufacturer, where he served
for
        15 years, most recently as vice president of sales operations for a
        22-state region. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from
        Indiana University and an MBA from Xavier University.
    --  Jay Kirksey, senior vice president of human resources: Kirksey brings
to
        Pendum more than 20 years of experience in human resources and
        operations management, most recently as founder and managing director
of
        HR Leadership Services, an independent HR consulting firm. He has also
        held executive HR positions at various companies including Quovadx,
        Digital Lighthouse, ADT Security Services, and United Technologies.
        Kirksey holds a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University.
    --  Catherine Margheim, vice president of finance: Margheim was previously
        vice president and controller at Re/Max International, one of the
        world's largest real estate franchising companies. She has more
        than 20 years of global finance and accounting experience, including
        multiple positions at Re/Max, MCI and Deloitte & Touche. Margheim
        holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Colorado
        State University and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
    --  Mark Moran, vice president of operations: Prior to joining Pendum,
Moran
        led customer experience initiatives at Avaya, a global provider of
        communications systems, where he led the effort to become a J.D. Power
        and Associates Certified Technology Service and Support organization,
        one of only four globally. Previously, he managed U.S. field service
        operations at Dell, overseeing more than 200,000 on-site service calls
        per month. Moran holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical
        engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the University of
        Tennessee.


    --  Doug Myers, vice president of risk management and safety: Myers brings
        to Pendum more than 15 years of experience in the fields of insurance
        claims, loss control and risk management. His diverse background
        includes work in the hospitality and child care industries, where he
has
        developed a proven track record of injury reduction and cost savings.
        Myers holds a bachelor's degree in political science and history
        from the University of Central Missouri.
