General Dynamics Awarded $11 Million Contract by Defense Information Systems
Agency

FAIRFAX, Va., March 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- General Dynamics Information
Technology, a business unit of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD), has been awarded a
follow-on contract from the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) to
support the Systems Integration Communications Infrastructure Support program.
The contract is valued at $10.9 million over a five-year period.

General Dynamics will provide engineering solutions and network and
information-system implementation and upgrades for DISA Computing Services.
The work to be performed includes planning support for large-scale mainframe
information system and mid-tier server initiatives; technical support for
planning site surveys; and detailed design, configuration, staging,
implementation and upgrading of Defense Information Infrastructure
(DII)-compliant communications infrastructures.
