Former Washington Research Group Principal Greg Valliere and Former Federal
Reserve Board Governor Lyle Gramley Join Soleil Securities

requires insightful, real-time policy research, announced today that it has
signed agreements with noted policy analyst and Washington Research Group
founder Greg Valliere and former Federal Reserve Board Governor Lyle Gramley
to launch Soleil's Washington Policy Team.

said that the addition of Mr. Valliere and Gov. Gramley represents Soleil's

the President's Council of Economic Advisers (CEA), where he continued until
his appointment to the Federal Reserve Board in May 1980.
