Carl Jenkins Joins as Managing Director

CBIZ Tofias, a leading provider of accounting and audit services, has announced
the addition of Carl Jenkins, CPA, to help lead the expansion of its Valuation,
Litigation & Forensic Accounting Group. Jenkins has joined the company as a
Managing Director.

Prior to joining CBIZ Tofias, Jenkins was a member of the executive committee of

Jenkins has over 30 years of experience with financial statement audits and tax
matters, mergers and acquisitions, valuations, general financial and management
consulting, litigation consulting, forensic accounting and expert testimony. He
has been court appointed as a receiver, master and administrator and appeared
before probate, district, superior and federal courts as an expert witness on
accounting, financial and valuation issues. He frequently speaks, both
nationally and locally, to professional associations, law firms and banks.
Jenkins has authored articles and is often quoted in national and local
publications. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University
and a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley College, and is an instrument
rated private pilot.
