Rocmec Mining Enters Thermal Fragmentation Work Agreement With Fresnillo PLC

VAUDREUIL-DORION, QUEBEC, Mar 30 (MARKET WIRE) --
Rocmec Mining inc. (TSX VENTURE: RMI)(FRANKFURT: D5O) is pleased to
announce that following a mine site visit by Fresnillo's operations
personnel to view firsthand the thermal fragmentation mining method at
the Rocmec 1 mining property located in Rouyn-Noranda and the subsequent
visit by Rocmec's management to Fresnillo's La Cienega mine located in
the state of Durango, Mexico it has entered into an agreement with
Fresnillo PLC (LSE - FRES) to conduct work using its exclusive patented
Thermal Fragmentation mining method. The numerous precious metal bearing
veins located within the La Cienega mine, place it amongst the work areas
of choice for the utilisation of the thermal fragmentation mining method.
