Ecoloclean Industries to Benefit From Anticipated Approval of Rural Freight Rail
District Near Crystal City/Zavala County
CRYSTAL CITY, Texas, March 30, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ecoloclean Industries,
Inc (Pink Sheets:ECCI) announced today that the planned vote regarding the
request for economic assistance at the Regular Meeting of the Crystal City City
Council meeting of March 24, 2009 has been rescheduled for April 21, 2009. This
action was for preparation of necessary financial statements.
Ecoloclean Industries Inc is one of several businesses that will be completing
due diligence to receive economic assistance approval on April 21, 2009 at a
Regular Meeting. Ecoloclean Industries Inc has requested $2,500,000 in grants
and low interest loans to complete its proposed $7,500,000 expansion into the
Crystal City/Zavala County Eco-Industrial RailPort. Funds are to build a 10,000
sq ft headquarters, manufacturing plant and water testing lab. ECCI is planning
to manufacture and sell a variety of green technologies, including Digital
Electro-Coagulation Systems, Foret Plasma Systems and StarRotor Desalination
Systems. Mr. Royis Ward, President/CEO of Ecoloclean Industries Inc, expressed
his disappointment in the necessity of the re-scheduling of this meeting and is
confident that these developments, when completed, will create new markets for
penetration not previously available to Ecoloclean Industries because of current
patent licensing restrictions. The new added technologies will allow Ecoloclean
Industries national access to municipal and industrial water and wastewater,
pulp and paper markets, refineries, mining and mineral processing, among other
businesses.
"We are very committed to developing sales nationwide, and just as important,
increasing our shareholder value," Mr. John Adams, VP of Operations for
Ecoloclean Industries, also says that the first person he will hire will be a
National Sales Manager with broad experience in the markets where Ecoloclean
plans to do business.
Mr. Jerry Inman, VP Manufacturing and Production Engineering says "these are
exciting times for Ecoloclean, and we are ready!"
