New Business Development

LOS ANGELES, March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Don Sabatino has joined Bayard
Advertising Agency, Inc. as Senior Vice President New Business Development in
its Los Angeles office. Formerly a Senior Vice President with NAS Recruitment
Communications, Don comes to Bayard with more than 24 years of Human Resource
Communications/Recruitment Advertising experience. Throughout the years Don
has helped deliver best-of-class solutions for online and offline candidate
engagement, and offered specialized expertise in Web 2.0, career websites,
on-campus recruiting, diversity, onboarding, recognition and retention, ERP's,
employee communications/branding and analytics/metrics & analysis --experience
that will serve him well in his new role at Bayard.

Don joined NAS Recruitment Communications (formerly Nationwide Advertising
Service) in 1985 as an Account Executive in Chicago covering a territory that
included Iowa, Nebraska, down-state Illinois and Northwest Chicago. After
opening NAS Orlando in 1986 and establishing profitability in record time, he
was promoted to Regional Manager of NAS Los Angeles in 1992 and won the
agency's most improved office, top sales for new business and the
Eisenberg/Allen Creative award (twice). In 2006 he was promoted to Senior Vice
President - Western Region for the company and achieved the Senior Vice
President of the Quarter Award 7 times out of 12 quarters (since its
inception). Don has also been a member and speaker with/at various industry
associations which include SHRM, ERE, PIHRA, CUPA, HCI and the SNA.
