lawsuit has been commenced in the United States District Court for the
Northern District of California on behalf of all persons or entities who
purchased or otherwise acquired the common stock of Century Aluminum
Company ("Century Aluminum" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: CENX) during the
period between April 24, 2008 and March 2, 2009, inclusive (the "Class
