Don Sebastiani & Sons Taps Mike Cekay for Key Sales Post

SONOMA, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
Mike Cekay has been named Senior Vice President/National Sales Manager for the
Three Loose Screws Division of Don Sebastiani & Sons International Wine
Negociants.

Cekay`s appointment was announced by Michael S. Holden, President and Chief
Operating Officer of Don & Sons. "Mike and I have worked together on two
previous occasions," Holden explained. "In both instances he delivered
exceptional results and improved the return on investment in challenging
business environments. His strong leadership skills and business development
experience will add immediate value to our organization."

Cekay most recently was Vice President of Off-Premise Sales for Beam Global
Spirits. As SVP/National Sales Manager of Three Loose Screws, he will oversee a
broad portfolio of creative and successful wine brands, including Smoking Loon,
Pepperwood Grove, Mia`s Playground, The Crusher and B side. With extensive
experience in sales, business development, channel management and brand
activation, Cekay will play a critical role in the execution of the company`s
efforts to reposition its brands upmarket.

Cekay earned a bachelors degree from the University of Maryland and has an MBA
from the University of Miami, Florida. He and his wife, Allison, have two young
children. They will be relocating from Chicago to Northern California over the
next several months.
