West Fourth Street, Courtroom 10D, Santa Ana, California 92701 at 10:00 a.m. on
June 1, 2009, for the purposes of determining whether the proposed settlement of
the Derivative Action is fair, reasonable and adequate; whether a Final Judgment
approving the proposed settlement should be entered; and whether the application
for attorneys' fees and reimbursement of expenses incurred by Plaintiff's
Counsel is reasonable and should be approved;
