NEW YORK, March 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Viacom Inc. (NYSE: VIA and VIA.B)
announced today that it will report results for the first quarter 2009 on
Thursday, April 30th.  The Company will conduct a teleconference call at 8:00
a.m. (ET), following the release of its earnings announcement.  The call is
open to the general public.

Viacom's website, www.viacom.com, beginning at 8:00 a.m. (ET) on April 30th.
