announced that its 40Gb/s server and storage connectivity solutions enable a
significant increase in performance and productivity for high-performance,
unified and virtualized data center applications that utilize Intel Xeon
Processor 5500 Series (formerly codenamed "Nehalem"). Mellanox`s
industry-leading 40Gb/s networking products have been proven to provide up to 2x
performance gain with the new Intel Xeon Processor 5500, compared to previous
20Gb/s networking solutions with prior generation of Intel Xeon processors,
while keeping the same envelope of power consumption. The combination provides
