Fitch Rates $29.67MM BAFC 2009-R4

NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
Fitch rates Banc of America Funding Corporation (BAFC) 2009-R4 Trust as follows:


--$13,470,001 classes 1-A-1, 1-A-2 and 1-A-4 'AAA'; Outlook Stable; 

--$11,710,438 classes 2-A-1, 2-A-2 and 2-A-4 'AAA'; Outlook Stable; 

--$4,490,226 class 3-A-1 'AAA'; Outlook Stable. 

The class 1-A-4 and 2-A-4 certificates are exchangeable certificates. The rest
of the classes are regular certificates. Credit Enhancement for the 1-A-1,
1-A-2, and 1-A-4 certificates is provided by the structural support on the
underlying transaction and by the 30% class 1-A-3 bond (not rated by Fitch).
Credit Enhancement for the 2-A-1, 2-A-2, and 2-A-4 certificates is provided by
the structural support on the underlying transaction and by the 11% class 2-A-3
bond (not rated by Fitch). Credit Enhancement for the 3-A-1 certificate is
provided by the structural support on the underlying transaction and by the 39%
class 3-A-2 bond (not rated by Fitch). 

Group 1 of this transaction is a resecuritization of approximately 15% interest
in the class Banc of America Alternative Loan Trust 2006-9 class 1-CB-1
certificate. Group 2 of this transaction is a resecuritization of approximately
10.7% interest in the Citicorp Mortgage Securities, Inc. REMIC pass-through
certificates, series 2005-4, class 4-A-1. Group 3 is a resecuritization of
approximately 7.27% interest in the Lehman Mortgage Trust 2007-8, class 3-A-1
certificate. Each of these certificates represents beneficial ownership interest
in fixed-rate, conventional, first lien residential mortgage loans,
substantially all of which have original terms to stated maturity of 30 years.
As resecuritizations, the certificates will receive their cash-flow from the
underlying classes of certificates.
