Camp Courage Hosts Open House Sunday, April 26

MINNEAPOLIS, March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Camp Courage in Maple Lake, Minn., is
hosting an Open House on Sunday, April 26, for prospective campers and the
general public interested in learning more about Courage Center Camps.

Camp Courage staff will be on hand to give tours and answer questions from 2-4
p.m.  Camp Courage is located at 8046 83rd Street NW, Maple Lake, Minn. Call

Courage Center Camps offer safe, accessible, natural environments where
children and adults with physical disabilities, sensory and language
impairments, and other disabilities or illnesses discover abilities they never
knew they had or they thought they had lost. Campers make new friends, and are
often introduced to sports or hobbies they develop further at home or at
school. Their self-confidence grows and their attitudes improve. Courage
Center Camps are accredited by the American Camp Association. For more than 35
years, our camps have met or exceeded camping industry standards for
excellence in programs, staff and facilities.

Since 1955, Camp Courage, near Maple Lake, Minn., has provided residential
camp opportunities for children and adults with physical disabilities and
speech, hearing and language impairments. The camp includes 35 modern,
barrier-free, winterized buildings which are also available for rental in the
fall, winter and spring.

Summer camp opportunities at Camp Courage include:
