Fitch Rates Textron Financial Corporation Receivables Trust

CHICAGO--(Business Wire)--
Fitch Ratings assigns a rating of 'BBB' to the $550,000,000 Textron Financial
Corporation Receivables Trust 2002-CP-2, series 2002-1 variable funding notes.

The certificate is backed by a revolving pool of aircraft receivables contracts
and the underlying collateral. The rating addresses the likelihood of full
repayment of interest and principal in accordance with the terms of the
documents. The transaction is subject to renewal on Dec. 9, 2009.
