the first sentence of the paragraph before last as follows: 

« In accordance with Euronext Paris rules, the effective ex-dividend date will

Instead of: 

« In accordance with Euronext Paris rules, the effective ex-dividend date will
be May 5, 2009, and the dividend will be payable as from May 11, 2009. » 

The rest of the resolution remains unchanged.
