pleased to announce that wholly owned subsidiary Sackets Harbor Brewing
Company has executed a wholesale distribution agreement with Republic National
Distribution Company (www.rndc-usa.com) to distribute its products throughout
the state of Florida. 

Including Florida, Republic and its affiliates currently have distribution
capabilities in twenty states, primarily in the South and Midwest. Republic
will initially market Sackets Harbor's award winning War of 1812 Amber Ale.
