PLC to Provide its Innovative Services to Firm`s U.S. Transactional Lawyers
NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
Practical Law Company(PLC), a leading provider of practical know-how for
business lawyers, continues to expand the reach of its newly launched U.S.
services by signing an agreement with international law firm Bryan Cave LLP to
support their U.S. business lawyers. Bryan Cave`s London office has been using
PLC`s U.K. services since 2001.

Like their U.K. colleagues, Bryan Cave`s U.S. lawyers throughout the firm`s 15
U.S. offices will use PLC`s suite of time-saving, on-line resources to help
deliver increased value and efficiency to clients. Specially designed to help
attorneys get up to speed faster and reduce time reinventing the wheel, PLC
provides associates and partners a comprehensive set of up-to-date resources
that enable them to spend more time focusing on providing strategic counsel to
clients.

"We are excited about expanding our relationship with Bryan Cave," said Jeroen
Plink, CEO of PLC U.S. "The efficiencies that PLC`s tools provide are crucial in
this climate, especially as clients place a greater emphasis on accountability,
innovation and value."

Mark Klamer, head of Bryan Cave`s Corporate and Finance practices, added: "PLC
has been a true value-add to us in the U.K. for years, as PLC`s services have
helped us use our time more productively internally and with clients. We feel
strongly that our U.S. attorneys will similarly benefit from PLC`s streamlined
process, and we look forward to extending these services into our U.S. offices."

Started in 1990 by transactional lawyers for transactional lawyers, the
U.K.-based PLC rolled out its U.S. services in January 2009 with offerings for
Corporate & Securities and Finance lawyers. PLC`s products are created and
updated by PLC`s team of in-house legal editors - all former practicing
attorneys from leading law firms and legal departments who know firsthand the
kind of information that helps lawyers do their jobs more efficiently. The team
ensures that all subscribers receive practical, up-to-date information and
resources.

A growing number of U.S. firms and in-house departments are using PLC`s U.S.
services. PLC expects this trend to continue as more firms and clients focus on
increased efficiency and value.
