Provides Leasing Update on Chicago Asset

WASHINGTON, March 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc.
(NYSE: DFT) today announced that the Company's ACC4 data center in Ashburn,
Virginia is 100 percent leased. ACC4 was completed in the fourth quarter of
2007 and is comprised of two phases of 18.2 megawatts (MW) of critical load
for a total of 36.4 MW of critical load. The Company recently executed leases
totaling 2.275 MW of critical load with two Fortune 500 companies, one of
which possesses a Standard and Poors (S&P) rating of A/A-1, to complete the
lease-up of ACC4.

The Company also announced that it has executed a lease with a new tenant at
its CH1 facility in metropolitan Chicago, Illinois comprising 1.3 MW of
critical load. The enterprise tenant has an S&P credit rating of A/A-1. CH1
Phase I was completed in the third quarter of 2008 and has 18.2 MW of critical
load available to tenants. Phase I of the facility is now 17 percent leased.
