UPDATE 1-NORDIC STOCKS - Factors to watch on March 30

STOCKHOLM, March 30 (Reuters) - The following stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday:

POHJOLA BANK (POH1S.HE)

The Finnish bancassurer set a price of 2.65 euros/share for its 308-million-euro ($410 million) rights issue, a sharp discount to the closing share price of 5.75 euros from Friday.

Pohjola said it would offer four new shares per seven existing A- or K-series shares. Pohjola has said the issue will strengthen its capital base and boost its ability to provide credit to customers.

TELENOR (TEL.OL), TELIASONERA (TLSN.ST)

Citigroup raised its recommendation on Norwegian Telenor to "buy" from "hold and cut Sweden's TeliaSonera (TLSN.ST) to "sell" from "hold."

RENEWABLE ENERGY CORP (REC.OL)

Norwegian solar energy firm REC said its Moses Lake polysilicon plant started production early last week.

The retirement of Chief Executive Kjell Aamot in Norwegian media company Schibsted, announced last week, will speed up the divestments of film production firm Metronome and newspaper firm Polaris -- which could help the company raise 750 million Norwegian crowns ($113 million), daily Aftenposten reports.
