Greenbelt Resources Corporation (Pink Sheets: GRCO), today announced that its
2009 annual meeting of shareholders is scheduled for Wednesday, April 22, 2009,
at 1:30 pm central time at the Holiday Inn Burnsville, located at 14201 Nicollet
Ave. S, Burnsville, MN 55306. 

Shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 21st 2009 will be
eligible to vote at the annual meeting.
