Award-Winning Industry Veteran Named Executive Vice President/Chief Strategic
Officer of San Francisco-Based Marketing Firm

highly-decorated marketing expert Alan Randolph, naming him Executive Vice
President/Chief Strategic Officer of the firm. 

In his new role, Mr., Randolph will be responsible for driving the firm`s
decision-making and strategic planning initiatives that are key to developing
marketing communication tools that engage the target, deliver results and build
the brands of the firm`s clients.

Mr. Randolph`s association with Criswell Associates dates back to 1998, when he
was Executive Vice President/Managing Director, Executive Creative Director of
the Grey Global San Francisco office. At that time, he retained Criswell
Associates` public relations team to build the agency`s awareness and brand
cache, which ultimately contributed to a 178 million dollar increase in
capitalized billing within three years.
