ATLANTA--(Business Wire)--
Oversight Systems, the leader in continuous controls monitoring for financial
transactions (CCM-T), is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas E. Noonan
as Chairman to its Board of Directors.

Noonan is the former chairman, president and chief executive officer of publicly
traded ISS, Inc., which was acquired by IBM in 2006 for $1.5B, at which time
Noonan became GM of IBM ISS. Under Noonan's leadership, ISS revenue soared from
startup in 1994 to nearly $330 million dollars in its first decade.

"We are thrilled to welcome Tom as Chairman to our Board of Directors," said
Patrick Taylor, chief executive officer, Oversight Systems. "Tom is a widely
respected expert in the IT industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and
business experience directly related to the growth opportunities at Oversight.
Increasing transparency and accountability in financial operations are top
priorities for corporations and governments and Tom`s experiences will be
extremely advantageous to serving our clients."

"Businesses are facing increased scrutiny during these tough economic times,"
said Noonan. "Now more than ever, it is imperative that organizations take the
appropriate measures to ensure their financial systems and records are in order.
I look forward to working with Oversight to help businesses achieve maximum
efficiency in this challenging economy."

Noonan`s vision and management style have been widely recognized by
industry-leading publications including Forbes, Business Week and Fortune. In
1999, Ernst and Young recognized him as "Entrepreneur of the Year." Noonan was
elected to the National Board of Directors for the American Electronics
Association (AeA), whose mission is to serve as "the voice of the American
high-tech community."

In 2002, President Bush appointed Noonan to serve on the National Infrastructure
Advisory Council (NIAC), a homeland defense initiative that protects information
systems that are critical to the nation`s infrastructure. He currently chairs
the NIAC Evaluation and Enhancement of Information Sharing and Analysis Working
Group.
