Peter Wade Brings 30 Years of Shipping Management Expertise to Esteemed Advisory

preserve our food and water, today announced ocean transport expert Peter Wade
has joined the company`s Advisory Board. With extensive experience managing
shipping operations for numerous global firms, Mr. Wade will advise on the
ongoing development of the Purfresh Transport family of shipping solutions to
accelerate widespread adoption in the expanding global market for fresh
commodities.

With a career in the ocean transportation business spanning 30 years, Mr. Wade
has taken a leading role in all facets of container operations and vessel
planning including management experience at Hapag-Lloyd, Lykes Lines, PM&O and
Australia New Zealand Direct Line (ANZDL). In his previous position at ANZDL,
Mr. Wade served in a variety of roles, including operations manager, import
manager responsible for refrigerated cargoes, as well as claims manager. As the
founder and current president of LA Marine, an independent cargo surveying and
consulting business, Mr. Wade has managed service operations for APL, Matson and
U.S. Lines, in addition to various P&I Clubs and law firms. Mr. Wade has a
bachelor`s degree in general business and finance from the University of
Massachusetts.
