AudioCodes Announces First Quarter 2009 Reporting Date

LOD, Israel, April 7, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AudioCodes (Nasdaq:AUDC), a
leading provider of Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies and Voice Network
products, will release financial results for its first quarter 2009, reflecting
the period ended March 31, 2009, on Tuesday, May 5, 2009, after the market
close. AudioCodes' financial results will be released over the news wires, and
will also be posted on the corporate Website.

On Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, AudioCodes will conduct a
conference call to discuss the first quarter 2009 results which will be
