P2 Solar, Inc. Announces Government Approval to Build 25MW Solar Power Station in Punjab, India

SURREY, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Apr 07 (MARKET WIRE) --
P2 Solar, Inc. (the "Company") (OTCBB: NCII) is pleased to announce that
it has submitted plans to the Indian State of Punjab for the construction
of a twenty five (25) Mega Watt ("MW") Solar Power Plant. On March 20,
2009, the Company received governmental approval to build the 25MW Solar
Power Station in the Indian State of Punjab. The present intention of the
parties is to enter into a written agreement memorializing the terms of
the project after May 20, 2009. The contract will include a Power
Purchase Agreement for 33 years.
