Vitex Systems Appoints Chyi-Shan Suen President and COO

SAN JOSE, CA, Apr 07 (MARKET WIRE) --
Vitex Systems, Inc., a leading technology developer, licensor and
engineering service provider for thin-film encapsulation and moisture
barrier films, today announced that it has appointed Chyi-Shan Suen
President and Chief Operating Officer.

efforts of Vitex for the past several years. His efforts have led to
Vitex's thin-film encapsulation technology becoming the de facto standard
in the flexible display market and we have secured license agreements with
major international film and chemical producers. I am confident that his

Suen, 36, joined Vitex in July 2002 as Assistant Product Manager and was
promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing in 2005 and Director of
Business Development in 2008. Previously, he held engineering positions
at AG Associates and Steag RTP Systems, supervising customer application
and process activities in Asia.

Suen holds a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from Tsing-Hua University in
Taiwan, an M.S. in Material Science and Engineering and an M.B.A. from
University of California, Berkeley.
