Librato Smart Suspend Integrates with Platform LSF, Offering Users Seamless
Application Suspension and Resumption to Efficiently Utilize System Resources

announced a reseller agreement that provides intelligent job suspension by
combining Librato`s Smart Suspend solution with Platform LSF Scheduler. This new
offering will provide customers with comprehensive job preemption and
application license management solutions that will help maximize the utilization
of hardware and software resources.

Under the terms of the agreement, Platform will sell Librato Smart Suspend to
its installed base and new customers, and customers using Librato Smart Suspend
with Platform LSF will receive support from Platform. The two companies will
also participate in joint marketing activities, and recently hosted the webinar,
"Improving Resource Utilization with PreEmption Management Solution for Platform
