NEI Hosting Web Seminar Featuring Intel Corporation on Usage, Transition and
Deployment Strategies for New Intel(R) Xeon(R) Processor 5500 Series

 


CANTON, Mass., April 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NEI (Nasdaq: NENG), a leading

will host a Web seminar on April 8, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. (EDT) with special
guests Steve Palermo, product manager of Intel Embedded and Communications
Group.

Mr. Palermo will present a post-launch overview of the Intel(R) Xeon(R)
processor 5500 series. Topics include a microarchitecture overview, usage
examples and enabling technologies, such as Intel(R) Turbo Boost, Intel(R)
QuickPath, Intel(R) Hyper-Threading and Intel(R) Virtualization Technologies.
Jeff Hudgins, vice president of marketing, NEI, will offer key considerations
and best practices for planning the transition to the new Intel Xeon processor
5500 series. Eric Linask, group managing editor, TMCnet, will be the session
moderator.
