Radisson Hotels & Resorts Announces Grand Opening of the Radisson Hotel
Rochester Riverside

Hotel Features $6.5 Million in Renovations

ROCHESTER, N.Y., April 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Radisson(R) Hotels & Resorts today
announced the addition of a 460-room hotel located at 120 East Main Street in
Rochester, N.Y., as the Radisson Hotel Rochester Riverside. The hotel will be
hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony at 2:30 p.m. this afternoon. The hotel was
converted to the Radisson brand as part of a plan to reposition the property
following a $6.5 million renovation project including all guestrooms, three
ballrooms, 12 meeting rooms and Legends Sports Bar & Grille, Rochester's
newest restaurant.

"We are delighted that the Radisson brand now includes Rochester's largest
conference center and hotel, which has the distinction of hosting many of the
city's top events," said Fredrik Korallus, executive vice president and chief
operating officer for Radisson Hotels & Resorts. "We're confident that the
extensive renovations to the property, along with the addition of Radisson's
distinctive Yes I Can! Service program will provide both guests and the
community with a vibrant hospitality experience that they'll value."

"The newly renovated property is creating a high level of enthusiasm with our
team and the conversion to the Radisson brand further advances our goal of
being the premier lodging facility in Rochester," said Richard Bair, general
manager of the Radisson Hotel Rochester Riverside. "The Radisson brand
favorably positions this hotel for generating new business opportunities. We
continue to be the hotel where Rochester hospitality shines the brightest -
and now we are $6.5 million brighter."

The Radisson Hotel Rochester Riverside has enhanced all of its guest rooms
with a sophisticated and modern style. The new guest rooms incorporate crisp
whites and tans accompanied by subtle hints of gold to provide a relaxing and
productive environment. The guest rooms include new mattresses, bed linens,
duvet covers and pillows. Each guest room contains state-of-the-art amenities
including high definition televisions and wireless high speed Internet access.

The 8,122 square foot Grand Ballroom was renovated with new vinyl and revamped
ceilings, enhancing the ballroom's ambiance and acoustics. The Grand Ballroom
has one of the largest dance floors in Rochester, making it the perfect room
for any occasion, accommodating up to 175 guests. Together, the hotel and
adjoining conference center offer more than 30,000 square feet of flexible
meeting and exhibit space.

The Radisson Hotel Rochester Riverside also offers Legends Sports Bar &
Grille, host of the Rochester Knighthawks and Knightingales post game
festivities and home of the Americans Hockey team, farm team for the Florida
Panthers. Guests can enjoy casual atmosphere and friendly company while
watching their favorite team on nine 50-inch high definition televisions.
Legends is open for breakfast, lunch, daily happy hour specials and dinner,
and also has a private room for social or corporate functions.
