Paradigm Management Services Promotes Kevin Fleming to Role of President

of Kevin M. Fleming to the role of President. Fleming will oversee
Paradigm's nationwide organization and all business functions of the

For nearly three years Fleming has served as Paradigm's Chief Financial
Officer and led successful efforts to improve risk management, medical
outcome quality and value to customers. Prior to joining Paradigm, he was
a Senior Partner with Ernst & Young and an executive with Electronic Data
Systems, working with many of the largest insurance, workers'
compensation, healthcare and financial services companies in the U.S. In
total, he has more than 25 years of relevant work experience, including
chief operating officer and chief financial officer roles at other
organizations.
