support services company, announced today the signing of a Joint Venture
agreement with New York City-based MailSurity Systems, Inc., a leading digital
mail software company.

This Joint Venture agreement focuses on a new service offering of Digital Mail,
the conversion of paper mail into digital images for distribution to the
recipient's desktop, which enables viewing via a web-browser. MailSurity
developed the proprietary software that makes this possible.

Combined with MailSurity's software, SoBran's "Best In Class" chemical,
