SMC Business Councils to Help Businesses Find Capital

PITTSBURGH, April 7 /PRNewswire/ -- SMC Business Councils will sponsor a panel discussion -- "Where's the Money? Keeping Your Business Growing" -- in conjunction with the Risk Management Association on Thursday, April 16, 2009 in the Omni William Penn Hotel beginning at 11:30 am. According to SMC President Lee Taddonio, "Access to credit is the lifeblood of a company and we felt our members should know and understand how risk managers evaluate a company's credit worthiness." SMC invited the Risk Management Association to join with regional and national small business leaders to discuss the problems of growing a company in this tough economic climate and offer solutions. William D. Buseck, president, W. D. Buseck & Associates, LLC, will represent the Risk Management Association and moderate the panel discussion.
