TECT Aerospace Announces Meurice as CFO

WICHITA, Kan., April 7 /PRNewswire/ --TECT Aerospace, a worldwide supplier of
flight critical aerospace components and assemblies, has announced Gilles
Meurice as its new Chief Financial Officer.

Meurice's new role at TECT Aerospace includes leading financial planning,

Prior to joining TECT Aerospace, Meurice served in a variety of executive
positions, including Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Allied
Signal, Director of Business Process Improvement for Nissan North America,
Vice President of New Business Ventures with Brunswick Corporation and
Principal at FGM Consulting LLC. He also spent 14 years as Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer at a variety of food, biomedical and chemical
companies.

Meurice's background in finance and aviation includes his Masters in
Engineering from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chausses, his Masters in
Economics from the University of Paris and his Master of Business
Administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at
Dartmouth College.
