and Conference Call Schedule

NEW ORLEANS, April 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Superior Energy Services, Inc.
(NYSE: SPN) announced today that it will release its 2009 first quarter
results on Wednesday, April 29, 2009 after the market closes.  In conjunction
with the release, the Company has scheduled a conference call, which will be
