Aruze Gaming America Announces Appointment of Sam Basile as Vice President,
Legal & Compliance, and General Counsel

LAS VEGAS, April 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Aruze Gaming America, Inc. announced today
that it has appointed Sam Basile as Vice President, Legal & Compliance, and
General Counsel.

Mr. Basile has substantial gaming experience in the areas of gaming regulatory
compliance and licensure, tribal gaming, and gaming intellectual property.
His previous roles included serving as vice president and general counsel for
Gaughan Gaming, Las Vegas Dissemination Company and The Regent, Las Vegas.
Mr. Basile also held the positions of associate general counsel at Mirage
Resorts, Incorporated and associate corporate counsel at Aristocrat
Technologies. Mr. Basile is a graduate of California Western School of Law
and received his B.S. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
