LeadPoint Announces Three Key Executive Hires

  LOS ANGELES, CA, Apr 07 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
LeadPoint (http://www.leadpoint.com), the world's first and largest
online lead exchange, announced that it has expanded its executive team
with three key hires including Chief Operating Officer, Gina Anastasi,
Vice President of Engineering, Dr. Ben Zamanzadeh and Vice President of
Voice Sales, Brian Walby.

    As COO, Gina Anastasi is responsible for day-to-day growth activities for
the company. Most recently, Anastasi served as COO of Rent.com, a
pay-for-performance internet company serving the multi-family industry.
Under her leadership, Rent.com grew revenue from $2 million to $60 million
and became the #1 rental site and the #4 real estate site in the US.
Rent.com was acquired by eBay in 2005 for $435 million. Ms. Anastasi holds
a BA in Urban Studies from Stanford University.

    In his role as VP of Engineering, Dr. Ben Zamanzadeh is responsible for
maintaining LeadPoint's technology leadership position within the Lead
Generation space. Zamanzadeh joined LeadPoint from Yahoo! where he oversaw
Domain Match development as Director of Engineering within the Search and
Advertising Technology Group. Zamanzadeh holds both a Ph.D. and Masters in
Computer Science from UCLA as well as an MBA from the Anderson School of
Business.

    As VP of Voice Sales, Brian Walby is responsible for the continued growth
of LeadPoint's highly successful Voice division. Prior to joining
LeadPoint, Walby held the title of Senior Director of Sales for
ClassesUSA, an Experian Interactive Media company, where he was
responsible for $60 million in annual sales. Walby has also served as a
Senior Director of Sales for LowerMyBills.com in their mortgage division.
