iEnterprises Releases iExtensions CRM v 7.0 for Lotus Notes

  LONDON and MURRAY HILL, NJ, Apr 07 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
iEnterprises, the global desktop and wireless customer relationship
management (CRM) experts, today released iExtensions CRM version 7.0.
This release brings enhancements to many areas of the solution including;
searches, the user-interface, mobile support and the ability to create
multiple 'Custom' databases. Customers gain faster overall performance
and ease of use for both the Desktop and Web-based versions of
iExtensions CRM.

    Users can now conduct searches using 'friendly field names.' More fields
can be moved and/or hidden more easily. Contact records can be updated

be quickly searched for. Frequently asked questions (FAQs), technical
documents, and web-based training sessions have been enhanced and are
available on-line.

    Massive Performance Increases and Personalised Experience

    Associating related information throughout the entire system can happen
within a few clicks. Processes can be automatically assigned by
user-defined rules and milestones completed automatically, on a set
schedule or triggered by an event.

    New Databases:

    Users can now add unlimited custom databases or easily incorporate their
own. Leave and vacation planning functionality has been added along with
expense tracking.

    Mobile Support:

    iExtensions CRM v. 7 provides new support for the iPhone, Windows Mobile
and BlackBerry smartphones.

    IBM Lotus Connections and Lotus Live Integration

    Use relationship synchronisation to leverage IBM Lotus Live and Lotus
Connections social networking relationships from within iExtensions CRM.
