Savana Partners Acquires Assets of Epitome Systems

Philadelphia entrepreneur returns to launch exciting new software venture in
government, regulatory compliance, financial services and healthcare.

PHILADELPHIA, April 7, /PRNewswire/ -- Savana Partners, LLC announced today
that it acquired the assets of Epitome Systems of Wayne, Pa. This marks the
return of Michael Sanchez; Managing Partner of Savana to the Main Line where
he founded, successfully IPO'd and subsequently sold Sanchez Computer
Associates in 2004 to Fidelity Information Services of Jacksonville, Florida.
He served as President of the International division of Fidelity until 2008.
Savana Partners intends to target the Epitome suite of business process
automation software toward some of the most critical areas of today's economy:
government, regulatory compliance, financial services and healthcare
automation. Michael Sanchez, will be the Chairman and CEO of the new company.

This is Savana's initial investment. Savana Partners, a private equity
investment firm, plans to make other acquisitions and investments in
technology and services businesses.

The new company will retain the Epitome Systems name and continue to serve its
