SAN FRANCISCO, CA, Apr 08 (MARKET WIRE) --
Rimon Law Group, a virtual law firm based in San Francisco, CA, with
international operations, has launched a new client billing and payment
program that adjusts the amount owed the firm based on how satisfied the
client is with the firm's service. This Satisfaction-Based Billing
program is a radical departure from traditional law firm billing models,
which continue to rely heavily on per-hour rates, often reaching $1,000
per hour regardless of the quality -- or legal result -- of the service.

"This is the right time and place for a firm like ours and billing program
like this," said Yaacov Silberman, a co-founder of Rimon Law Group. "Our
Satisfaction-Based Billing program provides companies with a tangible way
of ensuring they receive a high level of value for their dollar."

Clients have the choice whether to participate in the Satisfaction-Based
Billing program. Under the program, after a project is completed Rimon Law
Group will work with the client to complete a short survey about factors
that matter most to the client, including project turnaround times,
responsiveness and accuracy of the work, among others. Based on the
results of that survey, clients can either receive up to a 20 percent
discount on their bill or, as the firm hopes, pay up to a 20 percent
premium for outstanding service.

While Rimon Law Group has received attention in the past for its
innovative virtual approach to law, its Satisfaction-Based Billing
program was structured after a similar successful program in Australia.
There, the law firm Optim Legal has broken new ground with its "20 plus
or minus" billing program.

Optim Legal is a natural source of inspiration for Rimon Law Group. Both
companies are part of a growing trend of new model law firms that have
created innovative ways of delivering the services of lawyers accustomed
to working at the highest levels in their profession.

While it might sound risky to give clients control over the final amount
of their bills, Optim Legal proudly states that of those clients who
choose to opt in to the system the majority happily give them an uplift.
Rimon Law Group expects its Satisfaction-Based Billing program to achieve
similar results based on its track record of satisfied clients.

"The traditional hourly billing method is clearly broken -- awarding
inefficiency rather than work product," said Michael Moradzadeh, Rimon's
co-founder."With our Satisfaction-Based Billing program, we can express
our confidence in our attorney work product, so much so that we are
willing to put money on it."
